Returns Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer a 60-day no quibbles return policy for unopened items.
How It Works:
- You can return any unopened items within 60 days from the date of purchase for a full refund.
- All returned items must be in unused and resellable condition with original tags and packaging where applicable.

- **Returns are not free**, unless the item is faulty. If the return is not due to a fault, the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility.
Refunds:
- We will aim to approve your refund the same day we receive your return.
- It can take 5-7 working days for the refunded amount to appear in your bank account, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
