1. Express Delivery:
- £5.99 for all orders under £50.
- £2.99 for express delivery on orders over £50.
Delivery typically within 1-2 working days.
2. Standard Delivery:
- Free on orders over £50.
Delivery typically within 3-5 working days
Same Day Dispatch & Next Day Delivery:
- Same Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 4:00 PM will be dispatched on the same day.
- Next Day Delivery: For next day delivery, please place your order before 11:30 AM.
All orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Returns Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer a 60-day no quibbles return policy for unopened items.
How It Works:
- You can return any unopened items within 60 days from the date of purchase for a full refund.
- All returned items must be in unused and resellable condition with original tags and packaging where applicable.
- To start a return, please email us at info@3dcarcare.co.uk with your order number and the reason for return.
- **Returns are not free**, unless the item is faulty. If the return is not due to a fault, the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility.
Refunds:
- We will aim to approve your refund the same day we receive your return.
- It can take 5-7 working days for the refunded amount to appear in your bank account, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or used, unless they are faulty.
